How do you tell the difference between muscle, nerve, and bone pain? - bone pain more condition_symptoms joint pains

I had chronic back pain last year. From the research I've done is more or less the only 2 options: treatment of pain or surgery. This is only recommended if all else fails. I'm trying to back pain more than most drugs efficietly treated ... But I must tell you that I have muscles, nerves, or bone pain. Can you input me?

FYI: My pain is constant and if "they are moving in the wrong direction," I get a sharp pain to pinching of injuries and constant. This may or may not offer clues to what I suffer.
