Diabetes Glucose Levels Gestational Diabetes Question: Glucose Levels After Dinner?

Gestational diabetes question: glucose levels after dinner? - diabetes glucose levels

I am 34 weeks pregnant and was diagnosed a little over a week with gestational diabetes. I have just started testing my blood glucose in the blood from the Friday after my meeting with a nutritionist and an expert on gestational diabetes. Anyway, I'm still a little unknown to all of this and I wonder if I missed a few things or something. Before I get to my question, I must say that think my numbers higher in the oral glucose tolerance test by 2 points to 1 hour and 14 points higher at 2 hours, so not really bad GD.

Anyway, yesterday evening and the night before, when I tested my blood sugar in the blood, my prices were 106 and 119, respectively. Tonight, when I reviewed came after 86th Could I not eaten enough today, or is it something good? My dinner tonight was spaghetti, chicken, salad and a glass of milk. There should be a piece of fruit, but I could not eat, was too full from the rest. Could it be why my prices were lower yesterday, tonight?

Another thing, I reknown that cinnamon can lower levels of glucose in the blood, and I had something in my snack after dinner, this could lead?
